The city's Planning Advisory Board (PAB) Wednesday will consider the development of eight townhouses on property at South 13th Street near Lime Street.
The applicant, Gillette and Associates Inc., is the agent for property owner, Dale Cole, Sea La Vie Amelia, LLC requesting preliminary plat approval of a nine-lot subdivision consisting of eight townhome units and one single-family dwelling unit on the 1.29-acre parcel. The subdivision is to be named “Sea La Vie Amelia.”
The city staff report said, "There are no amenities proposed beyond the required stormwater management ponds, landscaping, mail kiosk and signage associated with the development. However, there is an open space tract provided to support tree retention and site mitigation requirements.
"In accordance with subdivision requirements of the Land Development Code, the Preliminary Plat is to be considered by the Planning Advisory Board for a recommendation to the City Commission. The City Commission will then consider the Preliminary Plat."
